Problem

Many public complaint systems expect formal Indonesian, while citizens may express problems more naturally in regional dialects or informal language. This creates a communication gap between citizens and institutions.

My Contribution

I contributed across product concept, documentation, presentation design, QA review, deployment flow, and project storytelling. When contribution levels varied inside the group, I clarified expectations, reached out respectfully, redistributed unfinished tasks with active members, and kept the team aligned without forcing others.
