Shuttle Maya

An inter-campus shuttle booking platform for BINUS Bandung that improves mobility through a frictionless booking flow, transitioning from a mobile prototype into a functional web application.

UI/UX Contributor: Home Page, Profile Flow, User Testing, and Report

Problem

The manual inter-campus shuttle booking process felt fragmented and confusing, lacking optimization for on-the-go users.

My Contribution

I led the usability testing phase, applying Fitts' Law and the Keystroke-Level Model to iterate on confusing UI elements. Once the 4-tap design was validated, I took charge of the front-end development, translating the optimized high-fidelity prototype into a responsive, interactive web application.

Impact

Successfully redesigned the application architecture to reduce the booking process to just 4 intuitive taps, and delivered a live web-based MVP to demonstrate the frictionless user flow.

Lesson Learned

Feedback is not criticism to avoid. It is evidence that helps you detach your ego from your designs to build a better, fully functional product.
